Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Cancellation/Rescheduling: All bookings cancelations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated to us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the appointment time. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made within 24 hours of the appointment time, the client will not be eligible for a refund, but we will offer service credits equivalent to the full amount paid for future use. 2. Refunds and Service Credits: We do not offer refunds for completed services or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time. In case of cancellations or rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice, clients will receive service credits equal to the full amount 5. Weather Conditions: Drone operations are subject to weather conditions and safety regulations. In the event that weather conditions are deemed unsuitable for drone flights, we will work with the client to reschedule the appointment
