4 Point Inspections Do Not Provide a Full Picture
While a 4 point inspection is often required by insurance companies, it’s important to understand that it only evaluates four major systems: the roof, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
A 4 point inspection does not cover:
🚫 The foundation and structural integrity
🚫 Windows, doors, and siding
🚫 Interior finishes and safety hazards
🚫 Appliances and kitchen systems
🚫 Pools, spas, garages, or custom features
If you’re buying a home or want a true understanding of your current home and its condition, a full-scale residential inspection is the better choice.
Why Choose a Full Home Inspection?
✅ Includes everything in a 4 point inspection
✅ Adds a wind mitigation inspection for potential insurance discounts
✅ Provides a complete assessment of every visible component of the property
✅ Gives you peace of mind before you buy or invest in major repairs
Protect yourself and your family from hidden surprises.
Upgrade to a full-scale residential home inspection for the most complete evaluation of your home.
